How We Do ItQuincy Community Services District is governed by a five person elected Board of Directors. These Directors determine the policies and set the agenda for the District. The Board appoints a General Manager who oversees the day to day operations of the District. Under the direction of General Manager Larry Sullivan, seven full-time and two part-time employees provide the listed services. A member of American Water Works Association, California Rural Water Association, California Special District Association, California Water Environment Association, and North Cal-Neva Resource Conservation & Development.
